JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Helps provide technology solutions and analytics for continuous improvement and performance improvement to help resolve performance gaps. ThIs includes compliling monthly scorecard results and partnering with performance reporting contacts throughout Nuclear to ensure that critical review and analysis of Nuclear performance is completed on a regular basis. Supports development of incentive design and calculations derived from performance indicator data. Continuously streamlines data collection and validation processes by instituting process improvements or by leveraging technology.


JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, coordinate and deliver technology solutions that are needed for process improvements
Develop and analyze performance indicators to monitor changes in trajectory
Evaluate fleet performance through the use of performance indicators to develop strategies to address gaps
Apply continuous improvement methods by actively identifying and proposing opportunities to improve performance
Apply change management process to drive implementation of improvements
Communicate the performance results to senior corporate and site leadership
ReportIng responsibilities to Nuclear Operations Support (Performance Improvement) with interfaces to Corporate FunctIonal Area Managers (CFAMs).


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum education required of the position

B S degree in Engineering. Science, or a related discipline or equivalent experience. (Equivalent experience is defined as demonstrated experience in programming and data analysis A degree is very strongly preferred.)


Minimum experience required of the position
I and Lead 3+ years relational database design and demonstrated experience in a programming language. Preferred: 5-10 years Procurement Experience.
Sr. Lead - 5+ years relational database design and demonstrated experience in a programming language plus project management. Preferred: 7+ years Procurement Experience.


Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Technical understanding of nuclear generation principles and operation. Desired: Familiar with industry recognized performance measures and techniques; working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic and computers applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint and PCRS
