JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Provide management and supervision of Entergy projects and plans to guarantee safe, productive operations.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform project cost and cash flow forecast.
  • Supervise the project installation and inspection activities.
  • Develop and maintain tools to improve the efficiency of performing project work.
  • Review and evaluate performance of the project staff and contractors. Recommend necessary project training as required.
  • Oversee procedures and documentation which govern and control project activities.
  • Propose project changes which improve efficiency and safety



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
B.S. degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.


Minimum experience required of the position
8 - 10 years experience in nuclear power design, construction, maintenance, project management, production, or equivalent.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

  • Technical proficiency in outage planning and scheduling.
  • Technical understanding of nuclear generation principles and operation.
  • Desired: Cost and Scheduling background and Proficient in Windows Estimating



Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position

  • Desired: SRO license or certification on a PWR or BWR
  • Highly Preferred: Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification.
