This position can be filled as an Analyst III, Senior, or Senior Lead depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Job Duties/Responsibilities 
Participate on teams engaged in research, stakeholder outreach and strategy for legislative and regulatory outcomes. Compile and analyze time sensitive documents. Assist with coordination of stakeholder engagement. Interface with elected officials to convey Entergy messaging.

 

Minimum Education required of the position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
  • Desired: Master's Degree.

 

Minimum Experience required of the position:

  • Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience.
  • Analyst Sr: 6 years of professional experience.
  • Analyst Sr Lead: 8 years of professional experience.

 

Minimum Requirements-Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Desired:

  • Initiative to work independently and adept at working on team assignments with other personnel, departments, and organizations.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in all Microsoft toolkit applications.
  • Capability to produce analyses that range from quick response preliminary screening level through extensively detailed regulatory grade documents.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing work priorities and study assumptions.
  • Ability to identify, monitor and analyze energy related legislation.
  • Experience with Political Action Committees.
  • Ability to prioritize work on multiple simultaneous projects.
