JOB SUMMARY

This position will provide multifaceted business and entry-level analytical support to revenue growth teams. Responsibilities typically include tracking projects and programs associated with senior management administrative support, accurately producing a variety of reports and presentations, graphics and spreadsheets, preparing and/or updating functionally related reports and records, and developing and/or participating in special projects. This position will build customer loyalty by providing superior service to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all internal and external customers.

 

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide support to the department’s leadership with a variety of administrative tasks and time-sensitive activities in responding to internal and external inquiries.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the team including planning, organizing and executing team-building initiatives, meeting logistics and events.
  • Facilitating the execution of agreements/contracts and maintaining repository of the agreements.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors and invoicing, as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Support departmental projects and provide general administrative assistance.
  • Coordinate Annual Records Management for the team.
  • Promote a healthy work environment by supporting company initiatives related to mental and physical well-being.
  • Provide planned outage support & coordination to the industrial accounts team. 
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, including executives. 
  • Review customer accounts using Entergy customer account systems.
  • Manage correspondence and routine documents and presentations given minimal direction. Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, newsletters, interoffice correspondence and copies. 
  • Work on other assigned duties as necessary within the scope and consideration of minimum job requirements. 
  • Must be a self-starter and a motivated and dependable team player. 
  • Desired: Knowledgeable in MS Office products, Salesforce, AI tools and social media experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum experience required of the position 

  • Customer Service Specialist II - 5 years within a customer service environment. 
  • Customer Service Specialist III – 5+ years within a customer service environment. 

 

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

Must be skilled in negotiations and be able to maintain professional posture and composure when dealing with difficult situations or customers. Strong skillset with Microsoft Office toolkit for the purpose of producing accurate and concise reports, analyses, and presentations suitable for use with executives, regulators, and key constituents outside of the Company. Skilled in managing multiple projects with the ability to adequately assess and assign priorities ensuring that commitments and schedules are met.  Must demonstrate willingness to take ownership of assignments and issues, working to closure while facilitating and coordinated resources needed for proper resolution.  Strong written and verbal skills are necessary.
