JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Manager, Nuclear Organizational Effectiveness, this position serves as an advisor to nuclear fleet leaders for overall organizational effectiveness and leadership and team performance. The position will support the Corporate Functional Area Manager (CFAM) for governance and oversight of organizational effectiveness programs including metrics and station/fleet health, nuclear safety culture, and leadership and team effectiveness. The position will partner with site leadership to identify leadership and team shortfalls, diagnose organizational causes, and implement integrated solutions.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as leadership and team effectiveness consultant for the site leadership teams and provide individualized coaching as required.

Diagnose organizational and leadership performance and identify solutions to resolve shortfalls.

Assess and monitor organizational performance within the nuclear business unit.

Assess site needs and effectiveness in terms of leadership and team effectiveness, leadership development and planning, and workforce engagement and development.

Participate in leadership and team assessments and interventions.

Leverage existing diagnostic tools and develop additional methodologies to support effective organizational and leadership performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelors degree.

Minimum experience required of the position
5 years nuclear leadership experience or 8 years organizational effectiveness experience at a nuclear site.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Experience in diagnosing organizational shortfalls and implementing interventions and/or solutions.<
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
SRO license or certification preferred.

Exempt employees may not be paid overtime associated with such duties.
