Critical thought leader in developing and executing sales growth and services business plan, market research and strategies for outdoor lighting business and idea creation and evaluation of new revenue growth ideas. This position leads initiatives and provides program management to support sustainability, profitability and growth of existing and new product offerings.  



Lead development of sales growth and services business plan.


Provide business and program management support for outdoor lighting business and new revenue growth initiatives.


Coordinate development and implementation of business processes and systems to support outdoor lighting business and new revenue growth initiatives.


Lead development and implementation of new product offerings and tariffs.  Serves as subject matter expert in processes, cost structures, policies and tariffs associated with outdoor lighting.


Lead development of outdoor lighting sales and capital forecast.  Coordinate financial analysis, sales models/tools, and performance management reporting. Participate in the development of standards and contracts.


Lead marketing initiatives, with support from customer experience and operating company teams, to conduct research and market segmentation to optimize channel interactions while improving customers’ experience and perception.


Develop and execute marketing strategy, with support from internal and external subject matter experts, to increase awareness and adoption of products and services.


Lead initiatives with finance, IT, engineering, call center, billing, rates and regulatory, supply chain and customer service to achieve revenue growth targets, sustain profitability and retention of existing business, and improve customers’ experience and perception.


Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.

Minimum experience required of the position
3-5 years’ experience in Operations Management or Project Management.

5 years of experience in design engineering, system planning, field Operations or construction.


5 years of commercial contracts experience in the energy/utility industry, strongly preferred.

Financial and commercial business experience desired.


Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Strong interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills. Experienced in project management roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. In depth understanding of utility regulation and RFPs. Strong understanding and demonstration of competitive business concepts.


Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position

Project Management Professional certification desired.
