JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Works with line personnel to understand and analyze performance needs and recommends appropriate training solutions.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials and programs using a systematic approach to training.
- Teach as part of the Technical Training Team. Technical training is for RP, Chem and Eng training.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum education required for the position:
Desired: B.S. Degree in education, engineering, chemistry or related technical degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience required for the position:
- Instructor, Tech: 2 years nuclear plant experience (commercial or military). Desired: At least 3 years of front-line experience and technical proficiency around instruction.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position:
- Technical proficiency in the assigned area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS applications including MS excel, office, word and PP
- Due to changing technologies must be a self-starter in learning new software and technology for use in training.
