JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Performs a wide variety of data analyses under general supervision of senior analysts and managers. .

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researches assigned portions of a project, documents sources and works with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of department to ensure relevancy.
  • Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to senior analysts.
  • Supports the review of functions and structures of business area to avoid overlap and duplication.
  • Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
  • Performs quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.
  • Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree. .

Minimum experience required of the position.

Analyst I: 0-2 Years of professional experience

Analyst II: 2-4 Years of professional experience

Analyst III: 4-6 Years of professional experience

 

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position.

  • Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. 
  • Understanding of O&M and Capital Budgetting Processes
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position

Microsoft Certification Preferred

Work Conditions

Up to 25% Travel required. 

Office environment with minimal physical requirements.
