Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days of in office work per week and can be based out of Little Rock, AR (preferred), other locations within our service territory may be considered based on the selected qualifications and experience. Those candidates outside of the area will need to relocate for this opportunity. Relocation assistance is not offered for this posting. 

 

Job Summary/Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting Meter Services efforts to improve overall Meter/Customer Account Integrity and Net Promoter Score (NPS) in each jurisdiction.  It has the responsibility to improve day to day Meter Service operations and Meter to Cash activities through administrative and analytical support.

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work with Customers and internal employees to resolve various meter issues.
  • Track measures and reports out on daily operations to supervisor.
  • Manage daily reports to resolve:
    • Consecutive estimates
    • Orphaned meters
    • Non-Communicating Meters
    • Missed Commits
  • Resolve billing/invoicing and accounts payable issues.
  • Maintains departmental records in accordance with regulatory and Entergy requirements.
  • Participates in special projects as defined by leadership.
  • Assist with scheduling work and dispatching as required.
  • Work with Work Management to ensure work schedules are maximized.
  • Assist multiple state supervisors with managing payroll.

 

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience (Detailed below)

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Associate Analyst I: Associate degree in a technical or business-related field and 0-2 years of work experience (such as: customer services, data entry, account management, etc.); OR in lieu of degree, minimum 2+ years of working experience
  • Associate Analyst II: Associate degree in a technical or business-related field and 2+ years of work experience (such as: customer services, data entry, account management.); OR in lieu of degree, minimum 4+ years of working experience
  • Associate Analyst Sr: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree preferred. 2-4 years professional experience

 

Preferred knowledge of the following systems/processes:

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Enterprise software systems
  • Click Schedule/Work Management Software
  • Epochfield/Mapping software
  • asset management
  • Microsoft Power BI/Business analytic programs
  • Outage management systems
  • IBM Maximo/Asset management systems 
  • Maximo Invoicing/Invoice management software systems 
  • Work Order Management systems
