***This is a hybrid, reporting to the office 3 days a week and can be filled our office locations in New Orleans, LA, Conroe, TX, Jackson, MS, or Little Rock, AR.  Those outside of the service territory will need to relocate.  Relocation assistance is not available for this posting***

 

JOB SUMMARY

As a part of the Process Assurance group, this role is responsible for supporting adoption of work management processes, standards, and systems to improve performance and productivity. Provide access to Maximo and Click applications,  and support the planning, scheduling, and dispatching of work through Compliance and Adherence to Work Management Operations.

  

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support assessment, development and implementation of processes and solutions that affect work management systems (currently the Planning, dispatching, and Scheduling of work)
  • Support and deliver solutions to immediate access support needs
  • Ensure Power Delivery compliance and adherence 
  • Collaborate with IT Service Delivery on resolution of production issues and system defects
  • Provide training and in field coaching for consistent and accurate utilization of work management systems and processes
  • Build upon existing or establish new relationships and key partnerships within Power Delivery; educate client base on Work Management services
  • Provide WM subject matter expertise and support the lifecycle of system changes including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and validation  
  • Provide input to work management change management and training
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a highly visible and rapidly changing work environment
  • Must be able to deliver Work Management training to all audience levels
  • Must be able to build and maintain training materials
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of work management systems  
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience in field operations in Distribution or Transmission is desired

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
  • Desired: Master's Degree.

 

Minimum experience required of the position

  • Analyst II: 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Analyst III: 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Analyst Sr: 6+ years of professional experience.

 

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Analytical and project management skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
