Job Summary:

Seeking a driven, high-energy analyst to support Entergy’s Corporate Business Services organization (“CBS”) in achieving its strategic mission of operational excellence. CBS is comprised of Shared Services, Information Technology and Supply Chain.


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive disciplined framework that links together services, financials, KPIs & metrics – underpinned by automation and increasing digital capability
  • Establish, where necessary, monthly process for calculating, measuring and reporting performance that is transparent, timely and accurate
  • Prepare analysis of CBS financial performance for leadership discussions with key stakeholders on a quarterly basis, or as needed
  • Examine existing baseline metrics, develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs to evaluate process performance and ensure service delivery is per agreed upon service levels
  • Support, monitor and drive productivity within delivery of our services
  • Work with process owners to identify, implement and measure improvement opportunities based on facts or data-driven insight
  • Contribute to the development of a real-time operational dashboard to monitor activity across all of CBS


Minimum education required of the position:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required


Minimum experience required of the position:

  • 4-6+ years of experience with shared services operations, Supply Chain or IT operations
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Operational excellence experience, lean six sigma experience preferred
  • Experience in building a data analytics platform using a data warehouse and/or data lake preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI preffered
