Job Summary/Purpose
Partner with the Distribution Operations team to facilitate excellence in work planning, scheduling, and execution through support and continuous improvement of the technology products that enable work and resource management. The UWM Technical Analyst facilitates the continued implementation of defects and enhancements of critical work management tools (Maximo, Click, Epoch, etc.) through ownership of the priority list, communications with IT, leadership of the defects/enhancement testing process, and as a tester him/herself. The UWM Technical Analyst also coordinates with the business (DOPS and Gas) to understand needs and determine acceptance of changes to the system on behalf of the business. The UWM Technical Analyst should have an understanding of the SNOW system and the ability to triage and disposition tickets and coordinate with IT to add needed defects/enhancements to the priority list. The UWM Technical Analyst will define protocols and requirements for data quality control and ensures that all changes adhere to Utility Work Management defined best practices. The Sr. Analyst provides industry expertise and applies best practices to planning, scheduling and work optimization based on experience.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree.
Minimum experience required of the position
Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience
Sr. Analyst - At least 6 years of professional experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
