The director of transformation supports the shaping and execution on our Path to Premier (PTP) journey, working towards sustainability. This role partners with the Chief Transformation Officer and the CTO lead team to be a thought partner that can influence and support business leaders across the company in their transformation work. The director serves as operational lead of Premier Performance and Transformation Organization (PPTO) core team, ensuring smooth functioning of the team, providing oversight and guidance on day-to-day work and strategic execution. The director has insight into the initiative portfolios of all workstreams and engages with workstream leaders each week to ensure accountability, remove barriers, and influence transformation behaviors.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Facilitate day-to-day running of the Premier Performance & Transformation organization; accountability for managing the PPTO operating model to ensure alignment across the PPTO including PPTO scorecard

Advance and improve effectiveness of transformation process; leveraging artificial intelligence process and other enablers

Develop and manage content and materials for senior leaders (OCE, LAT, Directors+, WSS, WSL); owner of the Path to Premier scorecard and key functional updates

Initiate communications to PTP participants and enterprise more broadly (oversee, provide direction, edit)

Participate in weekly portfolio review meetings and develop insight into the initiative portfolios of all workstreams; engage with Workstream Sponsors and Workstream Leads each week to ensure accountability, remove barriers, and influence transformation behaviors

Lead special projects such as Transformation Workshops, initiative planning, and other strategic efforts of the team
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
Preferred: MBA or a Master’s/PhD in a relevant field.
Minimum experience required of the position
The successful candidate is intellectually rigorous, comfortable expressing well supported perspectives to drive strategicdecision makingg, and brings:

10+ years of relevant experience, including time in leadership.

Preferred: experience in management consulting or similarly strategic environments.

Strong change management and/or change leadership experience, with proven ability to guide teams through transformation.

Solid understanding of the energy industry and its current challenges.
