Job Summary/Purpose
This role is within FBP’s Program Management Office which is responsible for developing problem-solving approaches for transformational and process improvement efforts and initiatives within FBP, monitoring and reporting FBP KPIs, calculating and reporting incentive compensation, and change management of FBP initiatives.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Utilize process improvement methodologies and related skills to facilitate end-to-end process mapping sessions, perform gap analyses and drive teams to re-design processes to be more efficient, including the application of technology for further
automation and the development of related performance management measures. - Develop designs and models to implement new or modified business processes and organizational structures to deliver a leaner,
more efficient business while maintaining and improving service delivery - Develop quantitative analyses, ad-hoc reports and models to measure performance of the program throughout its life cycle
Act as an agent of change and thought leader in driving continuous improvement - Creates financial models or analyses as needed and explain the results.
- Identifies and performs necessary updates to models and related systems. Processes documentation while ensuring model output
accuracy. - Communicates issues to teammates and internal/external customers in a clear fashion.
- Communicates with other departments to gather information about Entergy's businesses and transactions. Communicates with
subject matter experts across the company to better understand the risk of certain projects and/or investments.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering or equivalent work experience.

- Financial Analyst I: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, a relevant field, and 0-2 years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required or in lieu of a degree 4+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required
- Financial Analyst II: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, a relevant field, and 2+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required or in lieu of a degree 6+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required
- Financial Analyst III: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, a relevant field, and 4+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required or in lieu of a degree 8+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required
- Financial Analyst Lead: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, a relevant field, and 5+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required or in lieu of a degree 10+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required
- Financial Analyst Sr. Lead: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, a relevant field, and 6+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required or in lieu of a degree 11+ years of business experience in banking, finance, or project development is required
- MBA is a plus
Preferred: Knowledge of FBP PE processes and/or project management/continuous improvement experience
- (Preferred but not required) Proficient knowledge of MS PowerQuery and PowerBI
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or within a team environment.
- Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
- Working knowledge of GAAP, FERC, and regulatory accounting.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple time sensitive projects effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial theory and valuation.

- Desired: CPA,CFA, PE or similar certificates/licenses.
