JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Responsible for managing and maintaining reporting tools with HR Applications including data requests, metrics, benchmarking, and process improvement to support self-service applications to our customers along with reporting inquires.

 

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and maintains standardized metric reporting on a routine basis, i.e., define, create, automate, and maintain HR reporting.
  • Manages and works the reporting help desk which includes training and supporting customers in their data needs.
  • Participates in converting other system reports to a standard reporting tool.  This includes researching data availability and format, designing, developing, and publishing new reports, and the enhancement and maintenance of existing reports. Monitor and control data integrity of the data warehouse.
  • Evaluates new web and electronic tools and methodologies for possible deployment. Assists with the creation and maintenance of my HR&A web portal and pages.  Including but not limited to PS reporting and Microsoft PBI.
  • Prioritizes work, effectively handles multiple tasks simultaneously, takes initiative, possesses sound reasoning and problem-solving skills, functions as a team member as well as works independently, develops and conducts presentations to management.
  • Supports customer inquires

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

 

Minimum experience required of the position

HR Reporting Analyst I: 0-2 years of application experience and/or related business process

HR Reporting Analyst II: 2+ years of application experience and/or related business process

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with IBM Cognos, Microsoft Excel and/or PowerBI systems.
