Job Summary/Purpose

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for implementing and optimizing paid and non-paid marketing strategies for Entergy’s product marketing team. You will take a customer-centric focus and growth mindset while continuously seeking to improve campaign performance through optimizations and testing to drive acquisition and gain insights. With guidance and support from marketing strategists, you will execute, analyze, and refine marketing strategies to provide actionable insights and reach customer acquisition goals.


You are accountable for supporting the team responsible for creating data-driven marketing campaigns and strategies that increase our sales, product adoption, and revenue. Job Duties/Responsibilities

Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns

  • Work closely with marketing strategists to implement marketing strategies across all channels with a focus on digital.
  • Employ a build, test, learn, and grow approach through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Analyze performance to uncover insights about our products and customers through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Analyze all aspects of the purchase funnel to identify areas of largest improvement and opportunity.

Drive relevant growth metrics

  • Champion performance marketing: build and expand core channels including, but not limited to, SEM, SEO, paid social, video, native and email to create growth for product.
  • Develop metrics and benchmarks for measuring and reporting conversion rates, channel performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Support decision making with data and insights

  • Provide insights and make recommendations based upon campaign analyses and results.
  • Analyze performance to uncover insights about our products and customers through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Design and implement automated and manual reporting for communication and presentation purposes.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists to track and most effectively measure performance of each channel.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices, trends, and ad tech and provide expertise internally to keep the team up-to-date.

  • Collaborates within product marketing function to develop, improve, and expand marketing assets.
  • Assists marketing activities with internal stakeholders to ensure transparent communication throughout the corporation.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum education required of the position

  • Bachelor’s degree required (marketing/communications preferred).


Minimum experience required of the position

  • 3+ years’ experience working directly in digital marketing and analytics platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video), Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and more.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong evidence of experience managing paid ads and social ads.
  • Solid understanding of how marketing channels align with the customer journey funnel.
  • Campaign performance reporting that provides insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements, product development, content creation, and more. Experience with reporting platforms like DataStudio or PowerBI  a plus.
  • Track record of driving results and insights using multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the start-up scene, with innovative publisher or comprehensive digital agency preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Slack, Airtable, and LucidChart a plus.


Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Proficiency in PC Windows environment (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
