JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Entergy's Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Station is seeking a successful college student to join the Chemistry Department for a Summer 2026 Internship.
JOB DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes, but is not limited to:
- Support Environmental Monitoring Program with EPA Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and PollutionDischarge Elimination Systems Programs Support Site
- Chemistry Specialists with pre-refueling outage preparations
- Support Chemistry Lab with basic analyses and preparation of standards
- Support Chemistry department with miscellaneous tasks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
- Seeking candidates who are actively pursing an undergrad or master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related technical degree.
- Preferred: Rising juniors and seniors effective June 1, 2026.
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher is required (on a 4.0 scale).
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
- Outstanding communication and conflict management skills
- Proficiency with current computer business applications
